Welcome.

Instructions for the photographs depicted below.

Please direct your attention to the stillness of your speech. Become aware of it. Listen and attend to this inner stillness, feel it, and connect with it. Feel its peace. If you lose awareness of the stillness, reconnect with it and dwell within it.

The goal of these works is to create a focus on your experience. This allows you to be in the now and outside of the ego. The only reality is this moment, right here and now. Here, we unite with the intelligence within us, our soul, and feel or listen to it. Awareness of the present is the key to inner peace and healing.

The burdens and pain, such as old traumas that we carry within us, have become part of our habits, beliefs, and behaviors. Out of habit, we hold these problems within us. We release them by bringing them into the light of meditation. In meditation and in presence in the present moment, we become whole and complete. We let our higher self do the healing work to free us from our burdens and problems.

The entire healing work consists of finding the place within us where healing is effortless and natural, like the physical healing that sustains us every moment. The most powerful healer is within ourselves.

More detailed instructions on how to use the photographs are included with each work.
